Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile on Ganda. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

Content Guidelines

When using Ganda, you agree not to:

• Post content that isn't yours without permission
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Manipulate votes or game the system
• Use bots or automated tools

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Ganda a license to display, share, and promote your content on our platform and marketing channels.

Contests

Contest rules and prizes are announced separately for each contest. Ganda reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate our guidelines.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
